  • For Primary Care, we collect a $100 deposit. For Weight Loss/Wellness, we collect $150.

  • We ask all new patients to submit a deposit. Additionally, if you’re an existing patient that hasn’t been seen in over a year, we ask that you submit a deposit as well.

  • We generally collect a Booking Deposit to hold while we verify patient insurance coverage. The Deposit goes toward the deductible (the amount insurance leaves as the patient responsibility) . The remainder of the deposit can be used to purchase products, pay co-pays, or be refunded directly to the patient.

  • Certain circumstances allow for us to reduce or remove the booking deposit entirely. Please contact the office directly via phone or text to discuss your situation.

  • We work really closely with you to confirm availability and ensure you are aware of your appointment. This includes pre-appointment reminders and text messages. With notice, we can reschedule an appointment without a problem. A “no-call, no-show” to an appointment will result in a no-show fee of $50
