For Primary Care, we collect a $100 deposit. For Weight Loss/Wellness, we collect $150.

We ask all new patients to submit a deposit. Additionally, if you’re an existing patient that hasn’t been seen in over a year, we ask that you submit a deposit as well.

We generally collect a Booking Deposit to hold while we verify patient insurance coverage. The Deposit goes toward the deductible (the amount insurance leaves as the patient responsibility) . The remainder of the deposit can be used to purchase products, pay co-pays, or be refunded directly to the patient.

Certain circumstances allow for us to reduce or remove the booking deposit entirely. Please contact the office directly via phone or text to discuss your situation.

We work really closely with you to confirm availability and ensure you are aware of your appointment. This includes pre-appointment reminders and text messages. With notice, we can reschedule an appointment without a problem. A “no-call, no-show” to an appointment will result in a no-show fee of $50
